At Bondi Sands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your glow, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any products purchased directly from our online store. Please ensure that items are returned in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unopened Bondi Sands products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
